Cheese... mmmm...

Today was a big span of nothingness, so I have decided to discuss my love of cheese, and anything that goes well with it.

Cheese Pizza- mmmmmm, so very good! Sy's makes the best cheese pizza i've had to date.

Cheese Sarnies- not quite as good as pizza, but still good. A mound of cheese on a ciabatta roll, and some mayo? best breakfast ever.

Bubbly Cheesers- this might be only in my family, but I probably wouldn't've survived my formative years without these. Slap some cheese on a piece of buttered bread, and toss it in the oven for awhile, and you've got yourself some bubby cheese goodness. I recommend 2 at a time.

Fettucini Alfredo- this stuff rocks my world. My father makes the best fettucini alfredo ever.

Rondelé- still technically cheese, even though it gets shelved with spreads at Safeway. The best kind is the garlic & herbs variety, with champagne crackers, or butter crackers. mmmm

Cheddar Goldfish™- again, on the fence as to whether these count, but damn they're good!

This is a rare post, because if you would like to share a kind of cheese product you enjoy, you are officially invited to do so. Cheers!

if my mother doesn't stop annoying me, there might be a homicide here on Chezem Road... :D

Yes. I care to share a thought. :) I just hit "Next Blog" on my browser twice and landed here. I think your blog is adorable AND I think you should continue to blog, even if you sometimes think about quitting! Also, I used to live in Eugene while I was, yes, you guessed it: going to UO. Are you a student there or?

(I must confess, your talk of cheese pizza reminds me of the Pizza Pipeline. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.)

ok, i had the most amazing cheese dish, ever, the other day. check it: one small round of brie. top liberally with apricot jam (some kind of orange jam - even if you don't like orange jams, like myself, TRUST ME, it's good). wrap in foil - heat at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes and spread and enjoy the gooey sweet goodness on crackers.

i'm drooling already.

Thanks, Meghan, for visiting my blog! I found the tattoo to be somewhat...hmmm...Springfield. I had a good chuckle myself. And I think I may try the Kimberlina snack.

Cheers!

And one more thing...when I met fellow Ducks that had grown up in Eugene, I always thought it was kind of strange they didn't leave. Do you like Southern?
